Ingredients
- Frozen spinach discs - 10.6 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Feta cheese - 8.1 oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 8.1 oz
- Phyllo Dough - 40 pieces
- Olive Oil - 0.6 cups
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 374°F.
Step 2
In a food processor, combine the thawed and drained spinach, feta, and mascarpone. Blend until smooth and season with black pepper to taste. Transfer to a piping bag.
Step 3
Place 1 sheet of dough on a work surface. Brush half of the dough with olive oil, fold it in half, and brush it with oil again. Squeeze a line of the spinach mixture (about 1 tablespoon) at the edge and carefully roll the dough into a tight log. Place on a baking sheet and brush the top with olive oil. Repeat the same with the remaining dough and filling.
Step 4
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
