- Puff Pastry - to taste
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
- Heavy cream - 7.9 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 392°F. Roll out a sheet of pastry, keeping the second one in the freezer for now. Use a pizza cutter to cut the pastry into 30 equal strips. Wrap each strip around a cone-shaped mold. Place the molds with the pastry on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown for 12 minutes. Allow to cool completely before filling with cream.
Step 2
For the cream, beat the cream cheese with sugar using a mixer. Add the lemon juice and heavy cream. Whip until you achieve a smooth and fairly stable mixture. Fill the tubes with the cream. Arrange them on a plate, dust with powdered sugar, and serve.
