Puff Pastry with Vegetables and Cheese
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Puff Pastry - 21.2 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Olives stuffed with lemon - ½ cup
- Oltermanni Cheese - 7.1 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Dill - 4 sprigs
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Roll out the pastry to a thickness of 3 mm. Cut into squares.
Step 2
Finely chop the vegetables and dill. Slice the olives into rings. Grate the cheese (Oltremare 17%). Mix the filling in a bowl.
Step 3
Brush two adjacent edges of the pastry square with beaten egg. Place a portion of the filling in the center of the pastry. Pinch together two opposite corners of the pastry, pressing the edges with a fork to create a nice border.
Step 4
Brush the pastries with egg.
Step 5
Place in a preheated oven at 356°F for 15–20 minutes.
