Ingredients

  • Pumpkin - 3.5 oz
  • Milk - 1 fl oz
  • Apple - 1 piece
  • Semolina - 2 teaspoons
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Butter - 1.1 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds, rinse, cut into small cubes, and simmer in milk until partially cooked. Peel the apple, chop it, add it to the pumpkin, and cook until the pumpkin is fully done.

Step 2

While stirring constantly, slowly add the semolina and keep it on low heat for 10 minutes. Allow the mixture to cool, then add the sugar and half of the yolk. Mix well and add half of the whipped egg white.

Step 3

Pour the mixture into a baking dish greased with butter. Bake at 356°F for 15 minutes. Before serving, drizzle with melted butter.
