Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 17.6 oz
- Rum - 1 fl oz
- Honey - 3 tablespoons
- Donut Peaches - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Dried Rosemary - 2 teaspoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the pumpkin and remove the seeds, cut it into pieces (ideally wedges), and slice the peaches as well. Pour half a glass of rum over them and let it steep for about 30 minutes.
Step 2
Mix 3 tablespoons of honey with 2 teaspoons of chopped rosemary.
Step 3
Caramelize the pumpkin with the peaches in sugar. For this, heat 2 tablespoons of sugar in a pan with 1 tablespoon of butter, and as soon as it turns slightly yellow, add the pumpkin and peaches to caramelize.
Step 4
Place the pumpkin and peaches in a fireproof dish, drizzle with the prepared honey, and put it in the oven for 25–30 minutes.
