- Ground Nutmeg - ½ teaspoon
- Ground clove - ¼ teaspoon
- Chestnut puree - 1½ cups
- Grated Ginger Root - ¼ teaspoon
- Brown Sugar - ¾ cup
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - ¼ cup
- Dessert Yogurt - ½ cup
- Mini Chocolate Chips - 7.1 oz
- Dried cranberries with sugar - 2.3 oz
- Roasted Peanuts - ½ cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix both flours, baking soda, salt, and spices.
Step 2
In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix with the pumpkin puree, sugar, vegetable oil, and yogurt.
Step 3
Combine both mixtures.
Step 4
Add the chocolate chips, cranberries, and roughly chopped nuts to the batter.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 6
Grease a loaf pan and pour the batter into it. Bake the bread until done, approximately 60-70 minutes.
