- Pumpkin pie spices - 1 teaspoon
- Water - ½ cup
- Sugar - 2½ cups
- Flaxseeds - 0.3 cups
- Vegetable Oil - 0.6 cups
- Light Beer - 0.6 cups
- Egg replacer - ½ cup
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Chestnut puree - 14.8 oz
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 2
In a small bowl, sift together the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice mix.

In another bowl, mix the water and ground flaxseeds.
Step 4
In a large bowl, combine the sugar, canola oil, honey beer, egg replacer, and eggs. Beat everything well with a mixer.
Step 5
Then add the water and flaxseed mixture and beat again.
Step 6
Add the dry ingredient mixture to the main egg mixture and mix well until a uniform batter forms.
Step 7
Grease 2 bread pans with vegetable oil and pour the batter into them.
Step 8
Bake for about 1 hour 10 minutes until done, checking with a toothpick.
