- Pumpkin - 2 lbs
- Semolina - ½ cup
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Egg white - 3 pieces
- Sour Cream - 1 jar
- Milk - 1 cup
- Salt - to taste
- Apple - 4 pieces
- Sugar - ½ cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds, grate it, place it in a pot, add butter, a little milk, cover, and cook. During cooking, add the grated apples.
Step 2
Soak the semolina in milk. Separate the yolks from the whites. Rub the yolks with sugar and beat the whites.
Step 3
When the mixture cools down, add the soaked semolina, the yolks mixed with sugar, salt, mix well, add the beaten whites, and mix again.
Step 4
Place in a greased and breadcrumb-sprinkled baking dish, drizzle with oil, and bake in the oven.
Step 5
Serve separately with sour cream.
