  • Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
  • Pumpkin - 3.5 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Wheat Flour - 7 tablespoons
  • Semolina - 2 tablespoons
  • Spices - to taste
  • Milk - 2 tablespoons
  • Butter - 1.8 oz
  • Gouda Cheese - 2.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Grate the unsweetened pumpkin on a fine grater and mix it with the cottage cheese. Add the egg, flour, and spices to the mixture and stir.

Step 2

Form small balls and roll them in semolina.

Step 3

Fry in a skillet until golden brown on both sides.

Step 4

For the cheese sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, add 4 tablespoons of flour, and slowly add the milk to avoid lumps. Cook the mixture for 1–2 minutes after stirring.

Step 5

Grate the cheese on a fine grater, add it to the saucepan, and stir until smooth.
