Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients
- Pizza Flour - 17.6 oz
- Applesauce - 1 fl oz
- Pumpkin seed oil - ¼ cup
- Dried cranberries with sugar - 2.3 oz
- Flaxseeds - 2 teaspoons
- Orange juice concentrate - 5 tablespoons
- Powdered Sugar - ¾ cup
- Ground Cinnamon - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Roll out the dough very thinly into a rectangle.
Step 2
Spread pumpkin oil (about ¼ cup) and apple sauce on one side of the dough, then evenly sprinkle dried cranberries and flax seeds on top.
Step 3
Roll the dough into a log the thickness of a cinnamon stick.
Step 4
Cut the log into 12 equal pieces.
Step 5
Place the rolls in a round baking dish and put them in the oven for about 20 minutes.
Step 6
Bake at 392°F.
Step 7
Mix powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons of pumpkin oil, and orange juice for the sauce.
Step 8
Drizzle the sauce over the finished rolls and let them sit for a few minutes to soak in.
Step 9
Serve warm, dusted with cinnamon.
