- Cottage cheese - 14.1 oz
- Semolina - 4 tablespoons
- Milk - 8 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Sour Cream - 3 tablespoons
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Vanillin - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a skillet and sauté the pumpkin until soft.
Step 3
Soak the semolina in warm milk.
Step 4
Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer. Add salt and vanillin.
Step 5
Combine everything. Add the cottage cheese and sour cream, mix well. The mixture should have a consistency similar to sour cream. If it is too thick, simply add more milk. Bake in the oven at 356°F for 30-40 minutes.
