- Brown Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Milk - 17 fl oz
- Butter - 7.1 oz
- Almond - 5.3 oz
- Rose water - 1 tablespoon

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the pumpkin flesh into small cubes, place them in a deep saucepan, pour in the milk, and set over heat. Bring to a boil and cook the pumpkin, stirring occasionally, for forty minutes.
Step 2
Using a blender, puree the pumpkin and milk, then add flour, rose water, sugar, diced cold butter (150 grams), cardamom, a pinch of salt, mix well, and cook over low heat for another five minutes.
Step 3
Chop most of the almonds into coarse crumbs using a knife or blender, and mix them into the puree. Then, add the majority of both types of raisins.
Step 4
Melt the remaining butter in a double boiler. Place the pumpkin puree on a plate, sprinkle with almonds and raisins, and drizzle with the melted butter.
