Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 2 lbs
- Dry yeast - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 20 fl oz
- Pumpkin - 2 lbs
- Onion - 10.6 oz
- Dill - 2 spoons
- Sugar - 2 spoons
- Salt - 0 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the dough, mix the flour with warm water and dry yeast. Add salt. Let the dough rise for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.
Step 2
For the filling, grate the pumpkin using a coarse grater. Sauté the onion and add it to the pumpkin. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything together.
Step 3
Spread the filling over the prepared dough. Bake the pie in the oven at a temperature of 180–392°F for 30 minutes.
