  • Corn Starch - 1.1 oz
  • Chestnut puree - 8 fl oz
  • Large eggs - 2 pieces
  • Salt - ¼ teaspoon
  • Pumpkin pie spices - ¼ teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a saucepan, combine the milk, sugar, and cornstarch. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes, stirring.

Step 2

In a bowl, beat the eggs and slowly add the hot milk while whisking.

Step 3

Return the egg-milk mixture to the saucepan and cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes, until the mixture thickens slightly, stirring.

Step 4

Remove from heat and add the pumpkin puree, salt, and spices.

Step 5

Pour into 6 pudding molds and chill for 30 minutes until set.
