  • Coarsely Ground Rye Flour - 6.3 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 6 fl oz
  • Wheat Flour - 6.3 oz
  • Baking Powder - 2 teaspoons
  • Pumpkin pie spices - 1 tablespoon
  • Chestnut puree - 16 fl oz
  • Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
  • Natural Yogurt - 8 fl oz
  • Large eggs - 3 pieces
  • Brown Sugar - 4.2 oz
  • Chopped almonds - 6.3 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 356°F. Grease a muffin pan with oil.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix both flours, baking powder, spices, and baking soda.

Step 3

In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, pumpkin puree, yogurt, eggs, and 200 g of sugar. Add 120 g of walnuts and the dry ingredients. Gently mix.

Step 4

Spoon the batter into the muffin cups and sprinkle with the remaining walnuts and sugar.

Step 5

Bake for about 35–40 minutes until done.
