Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 10.6 oz
- Ground Oats - 1 cup
- 1% Kefir - ½ cup
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Dried Turkey - ½ cup
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Honey - 4 tablespoons
- Baking Powder - 0.2 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Vinegar essence - 0 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the oats in milk and let them sit for 15 minutes to swell.
Step 2
Soak the dried fruits in boiling water for 15 minutes to swell. Then drain the water.
Step 3
Peel the pumpkin and carrot, and grate them on a medium grater.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, flour, baking powder, oil, and honey (honey can be replaced with sugar). Neutralize the baking soda with vinegar and add it in. I baked it without baking soda as well, and it turned out great, but not too fluffy.
Step 5
Chop the dried fruits into small pieces.
Step 6
Combine all the ingredients and bake for about 30 minutes (or 40, check when the top turns brown) at 356°F. Alternatively, use a slow cooker in baking mode for 45 minutes.
