  • Sugar - 8.8 oz
  • Corn Starch - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Cinnamon - 1 tablespoon
  • Grated Ginger Root - 1 tablespoon
  • Nutmeg - to taste
  • Ground clove - a pinch
  • Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
  • 33% Cream - 8 fl oz

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Then allow the finished pie to cool completely.

Peel the pumpkin, removing the skin and seeds, and cut it into large pieces. Place it on a baking sheet, cover with foil, and put it in an oven preheated to 374°F for about an hour.

Sift the flour, add a pinch of salt, and mix in the chilled butter with your hands until it resembles crumbs or sand.

Then add the egg yolk and mix it in. If the dough doesn't come together, add a little cold water. Knead to form a firm dough, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for half an hour.
