Ingredients

  • Chestnut puree - 10.6 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs - 6 pieces
  • Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
  • Sugar - 7.1 oz
  • Oranges - 1 piece
  • Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

Step 2

Whip the egg whites with 2/3 of the sugar. Mix the yolks with the remaining sugar.

Step 3

Peel the orange and squeeze out the juice.

Step 4

Combine the pumpkin with the yolks and zest, then add the flour mixed with baking powder.

Step 5

Pour into a baking dish.

Step 6

Place everything in the oven preheated to 356°F for 1 hour. Check periodically.

Step 7

Remove, let cool, and take out of the baking dish.

Step 8

Serve with sour cream, jam, or honey.
