- Rice - 4.4 oz
- Milk - 5 fl oz
- Nuts - 1.8 oz
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - a pinch
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Pumpkin - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
Step 2
Peel the pumpkin and cut it into small cubes. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Add salt, reduce the heat, and cook the pumpkin until tender, about 10 minutes.
Step 3
Combine the cooked rice, pumpkin, chopped nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, cashews), and butter. Mix well.
Step 4
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Mix the milk with honey and pour it over the porridge. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Step 5
Bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 356°F.
