- Butter - 2.1 oz
- Brown Sugar - ½ cup
- Honey - 2.8 oz

Grease a rectangular baking dish with butter.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the sugar and honey. Bring to a boil again. Cook until it reaches a caramel state and a temperature of 284°F, about 6 minutes.
Step 3
Add the pumpkin seeds and cook for a couple more minutes until it reaches a temperature of 302°F.
Step 4
Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared dish and cool until set. Then break into pieces.
