Description
You can substitute (or halve) the yogurt with sour cream for a richer flavor. You can probably use less yogurt overall, which will make the dough denser, but I like it this way—it resembles cheesecake. If desired, add the pumpkin grated.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 2 cups
- Natural Yogurt - 35.3 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Raw cane sugar - 3 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Dried Turkey - 5.3 oz
- Dark Chocolate Glaze Dr.Oetker - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Whisk the eggs. Add sugar and whisk again. Add yogurt and whisk.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 392°F.
Step 3
Sift the flour with baking powder into the mixture in parts, mixing until smooth.
Step 4
Add pieces of dried fruits (for example, pineapple and papaya) to the dough and mix.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into a large greased springform pan. Place it in the preheated oven. Bake until done (check with a toothpick).
Step 6
Remove the finished pie from the oven and let it cool.
Step 7
While it cools, prepare the glaze according to the package instructions. You can substitute melted chocolate.
Step 8
Remove the sides of the springform pan. Transfer the pie to a large plate.
Step 9
Spread the glaze over the pie. Allow the glaze to set.
