Quiche 'a la Mexico'

Ingredients

  • Cilantro - 5 stems
  • Chicken fillet - 8.8 oz
  • Melted Cheese - 1.8 oz
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Russian Cheese - 3.5 oz
  • Blanched frozen corn - 1.8 oz
  • Chinese green beans - 1.8 oz
  • Milk - 3 fl oz
  • Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
  • Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
  • Butter - 3.5 oz
  • Whole egg - 1 piece
  • Water - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Nutmeg - a pinch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 320°F.

Step 2

Cut the turkey breast fillet and carrot into medium cubes.

Step 3

In a skillet, sauté the turkey fillet, add the chopped carrot, and continue to sauté over medium heat until the carrot is partially cooked. Add the corn and green beans, sauté until the vegetables are cooked, season with salt and pepper, remove from heat, and cover.

Step 4

In a bowl, combine the flour with butter and salt, and rub together until crumbly. Add the egg yolk, mix, add cold water, and knead thoroughly. Transfer the dough to a tart pan, spreading it evenly with your hands.

Step 5

In a bowl, mix the milk, eggs, sour cream, and cheese. Season lightly with salt, add finely chopped cilantro and nutmeg. Mix thoroughly. Add the sautéed turkey and vegetable mixture, mix again, and pour into the prepared crust.

Step 6

Place in the preheated oven and bake at 320°F for 40 minutes (15 minutes before done, remove the pie and sprinkle with grated mozzarella).
