Ingredients

  • Butter - 4.4 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
  • Whole egg - 1 piece
  • Sugar - a pinch
  • Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
  • Ham - 7.1 oz
  • Milk - 3 fl oz
  • Hard Cheese - 3.5 oz
  • Feta cheese - 3.5 oz
  • Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
  • Ground Nutmeg - a pinch
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Broccoli - 10.6 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

For the shortcrust pastry, chop the flour with cold butter. Add the yolk, 1–2 tablespoons of cold milk, a pinch of salt, and sugar. Knead the dough well and shape it into a ball. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Lightly boil the broccoli and cut the florets into 2–3 pieces. For the filling, mix the sour cream, milk, eggs, add crumbled feta, diced ham, broccoli, nutmeg, pepper, and salt.

Step 3

Place the dough in a baking dish, spreading it with your fingers across the bottom and sides. Prick with a fork. Add the filling. Bake in a preheated oven at 180–374°F for 30–40 minutes. Ten minutes before it's done, sprinkle with grated cheese.
