- Light Corn Syrup - 1 fl oz
- Water - 2 fl oz
- Egg white - 6 pieces
- Vanilla extract - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix sugar, corn syrup, egg whites, and water. Place over a water bath and cook until the mixture heats to 158°F, about 2 minutes.
Step 2
Remove from the bath and beat with a mixer on high speed for about 7 minutes, until increased in volume and smooth.
Step 3
Add vanilla and use immediately.
