- Apple - 3 pieces
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 3 tablespoons
- Cinnamon - to taste
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 1 tablespoon

1. Peel the apples, removing the core (you can also peel them if desired) and grate them on a coarse grater. Pour out the resulting juice. Optionally, add cinnamon. 2. Beat the eggs for 2-3 minutes. Then add the sugar while continuing to beat for another minute. Gradually add the flour, mixing until smooth. Add a tablespoon of regular water to make mixing easier. 3. Add the grated apples to the batter and mix well. Place the entire mixture into a ceramic dish and put it in a preheated oven at 320-340°F (160-170°C). Bake for 20 minutes until a dark crust forms. You can also bake it in the microwave for 3-5 minutes. 4. The cake is ready. Enjoy your meal!
