Quick Berry Sorbet
Ingredients
- Sugar - 0.6 cups
- Fresh Berries - 7.1 oz
- Strawberry - 5.3 oz
- Raspberry leaves - 6.3 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - ¼ cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, combine sugar and 0.3 cups of water. Place over high heat and stir until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat.
Step 2
In a blender, combine blueberries, raspberries, chopped strawberries, lemon juice, and 0.3 cups of syrup. Blend until smooth.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into ice pop molds and place in the freezer for 4 hours. Then insert a stick into the center of each mold and freeze for an additional 4-6 hours until completely solid.
