Description
Quick biscuit roll with condensed milk and bananas
Ingredients
- Egg white - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 5 tablespoons
- Cream - 5 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 5 tablespoons
- Condensed Milk - 1 can
- Beans - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
To prepare the batter, beat the eggs with a mixer until frothy. Add sugar and salt to the eggs and beat thoroughly again. Add dry milk, flour, and baking soda to the egg mixture. The batter should have a consistency similar to that of pancake batter, or slightly thicker. Instead of cream, you can use dry milk: replace 5 tablespoons of cream with 5 tablespoons of dry milk.
Step 2
Pour the resulting batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a thin layer, and slightly smooth the edges. Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 5–7 minutes.
Step 3
Spread a thin layer of condensed milk on the hot cake, place the peeled banana, and quickly roll it up. You can sprinkle grated chocolate, coconut flakes, powdered sugar, or crushed nuts on top.
