Description
A speedy recipe. It couldn't be simpler: a batter made with sour cream or kefir is mixed for just three minutes. There's no need to sauté or boil the cabbage beforehand; just shred it and place it on the batter. Pieces of butter are added, which will melt during baking and soak everything around.
Ingredients
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Sour Cream - 1 can
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Wheat Flour - 1 glass
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ spoons
- White Cabbage - 2 lbs
Step by Step guide
Step 1
To prepare the dough, melt 150 g of butter, then add a cup of sour cream (or kefir), a tablespoon of sugar, 1 egg, salt, half a teaspoon of baking soda, and a cup of flour. Mix well.
Step 2
Place half of the dough in a skillet. On top, add the chopped cabbage, followed by 2 boiled eggs finely chopped, and small pieces of butter. Cover with the remaining dough. Put the pie in an oven preheated to 392°F (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit). Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
