Ingredients
- Condensed Milk - 8.8 oz
- Wheat Flour - 19.6 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Vanilla salt - 0.4 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - 0.4 oz
- Milk - 27 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix 480 g (3 cups) of flour, a can of condensed milk, an egg, and a teaspoon of baking soda (activated with vinegar) to make the dough. Divide it into eight parts.
Step 2
Sprinkle the table with flour and roll out a very thin cake. The thinner, the better.
Step 3
Heat a frying pan without oil. Place the cake on it and fry for one minute on each side. Fry the remaining dough in the same way. Then, trim all the cakes evenly. The scraps can be used for sprinkling.
Step 4
Now let's make the custard. Beat the egg with 1 cup of sugar and vanilla, add 3 tablespoons of flour, and gradually pour in the milk. Bring the mixture to a boil over heat. Use a heavy-bottomed pot or cook in a double boiler.
Step 5
Spread the cooled custard between the baked cakes. Decorate the cake with crumbs and refrigerate for one hour. It will soak quickly.
