Quick Cake with Whipped Cream
Ingredients
- Condensed Milk - 14.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Baking Powder - 2 teaspoons
- 10% cream - 17 fl oz
- Powdered Sugar - ½ cup
- Chocolate - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the layers. Mix the condensed milk, flour, eggs, and baking powder. Place a couple of tablespoons of the batter on a sheet of parchment paper and flatten it to form a round shape. Bake until a brown edge forms. The specified amount of ingredients should yield 6–7 layers.
Step 2
For the cream. Whip the cream with powdered sugar.
Step 3
Spread the cream between the layers, and pour melted chocolate over the top of the cake. Optionally, you can decorate with almond petals.
