- Condensed Milk - 1 can
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 17.6 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - ⅓ cup
- Vanilla salt - ½ teaspoon
- Cherry - 7.1 oz
- Cookie - 7.1 oz
- Cherries in Liqueur - 2 tablespoons
- Powdered Sugar - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thoroughly mix the condensed milk with the cream cheese. Gradually add the lemon juice and vanilla.
Step 2
Whip the cheese mixture and combine it with the crushed cookies.
Step 3
Spread the whipped mixture into a mold, smooth it out, and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Step 4
Wash the fresh cherries, dry them, and remove the pits. Pour cherry liqueur or brandy over them, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and leave under a weight for 3 hours.
Step 5
Place the cherries on top of the cheese layer and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Step 6
Refrigerate the cake for another 30 minutes.
