Description
The biscuit is ready, sprinkle it with powdered sugar and serve with coffee or tea. I decided to take it a step further: I cut the biscuit into 3 layers and spread whipped sour cream with sugar (4 tablespoons) and cherries between the layers. I topped it with grated chocolate. It turned out really delicious!!!! Enjoy your meal!!!

Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the egg and sugar (45 g) using a fork.
Step 2
Then add the cocoa powder.
Step 3
Add the flour, starch (if you don't have starch, you can use 60 g of flour instead), and baking powder, and mix well.
Step 4
Then add the vegetable oil and milk.
Step 5
Stir until you get a liquid batter.
Step 6
Pour the batter into a bowl (or dish) with a capacity of at least 500 ml, placing parchment paper at the bottom. Put it in the microwave for exactly 3 minutes at maximum power (1000 W). You can also make individual portions by pouring the batter into cups.
