Description
This is a very quick cake that requires neither a mixer nor separating the egg whites from the yolks. The batter is made in one bowl. The cake turns out very tender, delicious, and self-sufficient, so it can be left uncoated. However, for a special occasion, it can be topped with chocolate glaze.
Ingredients
- Sugar - 5 tablespoons
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Raisins - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 8.8 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Cocoa Powder - 3 teaspoons
- Nuts - to taste
- Condensed Milk - ½ can
- Vanillin - to taste
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Preheat the oven to 392°F.

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sugar, vanillin, eggs, and condensed milk.
