- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 2 fl oz
- Activated Baking Soda - 0.1 oz

Mix the eggs with sugar and lemon juice, then add everything else.
Step 2
The batter should be thick, about the consistency of sour cream.
Step 3
Heat the skillet and fry the pancakes.
