- "Jubilee Cookies" - 0.6 oz
- Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
- Instant coffee - 4 teaspoons
- Chocolate - 1.8 oz
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Milk - ½ cup
- Cookie - to taste
- Raisins - to taste
- Nuts - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak half of the cookies lightly in coffee and place them on a plate.
Step 2
Spread the cottage cheese mixed with sugar and sour cream on top, add raisins (previously soaked in boiling water), then layer the remaining cookies, also soaked in coffee. Drizzle with chocolate on top!
Step 3
For the chocolate: melt the butter, chocolate, and milk in a water bath, stirring constantly until it reaches the consistency of thick sour cream.
Step 4
Place the cake in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
