Quick Cottage Cheese and Orange Pie
Ingredients
- Margarine - 1.8 oz
- Cookie - 7.1 oz
- Whipped Cream - to taste
- Oranges - 2 pieces
- Cottage cheese - 8.8 oz
- Vanillin - to taste
- Gelatin - 0.5 oz
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Orange juice concentrate - 1½ cups
- Chopped almonds - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Crush the cookies and mix them with melted margarine. Press the mixture into a springform pan and chill.
Step 2
Soak the gelatin. Heat the orange juice and dissolve the gelatin in it. Let it cool.
Step 3
Peel the oranges and cut the pulp into cubes. Mix with cottage cheese, sugar, and vanillin. Spread over the chilled crust and smooth it out.
Step 4
Pour the gelatin mixture over the top and refrigerate overnight.
Step 5
Before serving, decorate the pie with whipped cream, orange pieces, and almond flakes.
