Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 14.1 oz
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Combine all the ingredients for the dough: cottage cheese, egg, half a cup of flour, sugar, and baking soda in a mixing bowl.

Mix well.
Step 3
On a separate plate, pour some flour for coating. Using a tablespoon, place a portion of the dough onto the flour. Coat well on all sides. Shape into a thin patty (it will rise nicely later). Immediately after coating, place it in a frying pan with vegetable oil.
Step 4
When a golden crust forms on the bottom, flip it over and cover the pan with a lid to ensure the fritters cook through. Simmer until done.
