Quick dough for vanilla pies

Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - 3 glasses
  • Milk - 1 glass
  • Butter - 4.4 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Sugar - ½ glasses
  • Dry yeast - 1.8 oz
  • Vanillin - 0.1 oz
  • Salt - a pinch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a glass of warm milk, add three tablespoons of sugar and yeast. Pour the flour into a large pot, and also add the egg, vanilla, salt, and the remaining sugar. Melt the butter and mix it with the milk.

Step 2

Pour the oil and milk mixture into the flour and mix. Add the activated yeast. Stir until smooth and lightly beat. Sprinkle some flour on top of the dough, cover the pot with a towel, and place it in the refrigerator on the bottom shelf for 40 minutes.

Step 3

Remove the dough, let it rest for 10 minutes in a warm place, and then bake the pastries.

Step 4

Preheat a gas oven for 10 minutes before baking the item, and an electric oven for 25 minutes.
