Description

- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Egg white - 3 pieces

- Activated Baking Soda - ¼ teaspoon
- Raisins - 1.4 oz
- Nuts - 1.1 oz
- Coarse Cornmeal - 6 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the egg whites until a good foam forms, slowly adding the sugar.
Step 2
Add the egg yolks, baking soda, raisins, and crushed nuts. Whip together.
Step 3
Add the cornmeal.
Step 4
Spoon into greased muffin tins.
Step 5
Bake at 170–356°F for about half an hour (check for doneness with a toothpick).
