- Peanut Sprouts - 1.8 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 0.4 oz
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Baileys Liqueur - 1 fl oz
- Sour Cream - 2 tablespoons
- Cottage cheese - 2 tablespoons
- Jelly Powder - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Crush the cookies in a blender, add peanuts, honey, cocoa, and liqueur. Mix well and place in bowls.
Step 2
Make the second layer. Whip the sour cream together with the cottage cheese and spread it over the cookies. Leave in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
Step 3
Next, add the jelly, pour the final layer, and leave until fully set. Decorate with coconut flakes.
