Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- 20% Sour Cream - 7½ tablespoons
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Baking Powder - 2 teaspoons
- Sugar - 2 teaspoons
- White Cabbage - 21.2 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - 3 tablespoons
- Kefir - 8 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the cabbage and onion and sauté in butter until almost cooked.
Step 2
Add chopped hard-boiled eggs, salt, and pepper. The filling should cool down.
Step 3
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 392°F and mix the dough ingredients: first the dry ones - flour, baking powder, and salt, then the wet ones - sour cream, mayonnaise, eggs, and butter. Combine the wet and dry components. Don't worry if the dough is liquid; that's how it should be.
Step 4
Grease a baking dish or skillet with butter. Pour half of the dough and spread the filling. Cover with the remaining dough.
Step 5
Place in the oven for about 25 minutes. The pie should be nicely browned.
