Ingredients
- Armenian Lavash - 2.1 oz
- Hard Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- 20% Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes - 1.8 oz
- Fresh basil leaves - 0.7 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Wash the spinach thoroughly under running water and cut it into strips.
Step 3
Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into strips.
Step 4
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 5
Separate the eggs from the shells and place them in a separate bowl.
Step 6
Add 100 grams of 15% sour cream to the bowl with the eggs.
Step 7
Mix the eggs with the sour cream using a fork until smooth. No need to whisk. Add salt to taste.
Step 8
Cut the lavash into strips and then chop it using kitchen scissors.

Mix the chopped lavash with the egg-sour cream mixture and let it sit for about 7–10 minutes.

Pour 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil into a frying pan, add the lavash, egg, and sour cream mixture to the pan, flatten it with a spatula, place the pan over heat, and cover with a lid. Cook for about 10 minutes.

Using a plate or lid, flip the lavash to the other side.

Add the cut sun-dried tomatoes and spinach to the pan.
Step 13
Top with the grated hard cheese.

Cover with a lid and cook for about 5–7 minutes.

Serve hot or warm.
