Quick Lemon Pudding
Ingredients
- Butter - 1½ spoons
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 2 spoons
- Milk - ⅓ glasses
- Lemon - ½ pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, cream together the butter, sugar, and lemon zest. Next, add the lemon juice, egg yolk, flour, and milk (whipping after adding each of the ingredients).
Step 2
Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then gently fold them into the first mixture until well combined.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into molds, which should be placed in a larger baking dish filled with boiling water, so that the water level reaches halfway up the pudding molds. Place in a preheated oven at 356°F for 30 minutes.
