Quick mango ice cream
Ingredients
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Mango - 1 piece
- Lemon - ½ pieces
- Water - 10 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Combine sugar and boiling water. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Allow to cool.
Step 2
Place the peeled and chopped mango in a blender along with the juice of half a lemon. Blend until smooth.
Step 3
In the sugar syrup, mix in the mango puree and pour it into 6 molds. Place them in the freezer for 1 hour, then insert wooden sticks into the center of the ice pops. Return them to the freezer until fully set. Remove from the molds and serve on a plate filled with ice.
