Quick Milk Pudding
Ingredients
- Milk - 2 cups
- Sugar - 2.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Potato protein - 2 teaspoons
- Vanillin - a pinch
- Whole egg - 2 pieces
- Jam - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat the milk, but do not let it boil. Lightly beat the yolks. Add 1/4 of the heated milk to them. Whisk together.
Step 2
Mix the flour, sugar, vanillin, and starch, then add the egg-milk mixture. Whisk. Pour the resulting mixture into the remaining milk. Stirring, cook until thickened over medium heat. Remove from heat, let cool, covering with a lid (to prevent a skin from forming).
Step 3
Pour into molds (you can layer it, alternating pudding with jam or topping) and place in the refrigerator overnight.
