Ingredients
- Unbleached flour crackers - 2 cups
- Sugar - ¾ cup
- Butter - 4.1 oz
- Ricotta cheese - 17.6 oz
- Canned Pineapple Chunks - 14.8 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 1½ cups
- Bananas - 4 pieces
- Cream (40%) - 17 fl oz
- Cherries in Liqueur - 17.6 oz
- Chopped almonds - 12.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the crumbs, sugar, and softened butter. Press into a round or rectangular dish and spread evenly across the bottom and sides. Chill for a while.
Step 2
In a bowl, beat the ricotta with the powdered sugar using a mixer. Spread over the crust and smooth it out.
Step 3
Slice the peeled bananas into rounds and place them on top of the cheese cream along with the pineapple chunks.
Step 4
Whip the cream and decorate the cake. Top with cherries and sprinkle with nuts.
