- Nuts - 3.5 oz
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- 10% cream - 8 fl oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate - 14.1 oz
- Cookie - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the cookies, nuts, and white chocolate into small pieces. Set aside.
Step 2
Finely chop or break the dark chocolate into pieces.
Step 3
In a small saucepan, pour in the cream, and add the butter and honey.
Step 4
Place on the stove and, stirring, bring to a boil until the butter is melted.
Step 5
Put the dark chocolate in a bowl. Pour in the hot cream mixture and stir until the chocolate is melted.
Step 6
Add the cookies, nuts, and white chocolate, and mix well.
Step 7
Pour the mixture into a springform pan lined with plastic wrap or foil, about 20 cm in diameter.
Step 8
Place in the refrigerator to set for 3 hours. Then remove from the mold, place on a plate, and sprinkle with cocoa. Keep in the refrigerator until serving.
