Ingredients

  • Butter - 10.6 oz
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
  • Sour Cream - 4.1 oz
  • Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
  • Wheat Flour - 1 cup
  • Peanut Sprouts - 6 oz
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Sugar - ½ cup
  • Meringue - 7.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix 100 grams of butter, 100 grams of sugar, 2 tablespoons of honey, 3 eggs, 0.5 cup of sour cream, and baking soda.

Step 2

Grind 0.5 cup of peanuts, add to the mixture, and stir.

Step 3

Add flour and knead the dough.

Step 4

Bake at 392°F for 20–25 minutes. (If the cake layer is low, bake 2 portions).

Step 5

Cut the cake layer in half using a thread.

Step 6

Place the milk over medium heat.

Step 7

When it starts to boil, add 0.5 cup of sugar and the remaining egg.

Step 8

Stir well.

Step 9

Cook on low heat for 5–7 minutes until thickened. You can add a tablespoon of flour to the warm milk before adding sugar and eggs.

Step 10

Beat the resulting mixture with 200 grams of butter, add 0.5 cup of ground peanuts, and 150 grams of meringue.

Step 11

Spread the cream between the halves of the cake. Cover the top layer with glaze and decorate with meringue.
