Description
In autumn and winter, you can use ready-made berry puree instead of fresh berries. A good option is made by a French company, Berry Delights: it contains only fresh berries (raspberries, blueberries, etc.) and sugar.

- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Salt - a pinch
- Milk - 1 cup
- Water - ½ cup
- Butter - 4 tablespoons
- Strawberry - to taste
- Fresh Berries - to taste
- Raspberry leaves - to taste
- Maple syrup - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sift the flour into a large bowl and add salt, mix well. Crack 2 eggs into the bowl, and separately mix the milk with water. Pour the liquid into the bowl with flour and eggs and whisk to combine. Add 2 tablespoons of softened butter and incorporate it into the batter.
Step 2
Heat a skillet and warm some oil in it. Using a ladle, pour the batter onto the skillet (about 2/3 of a ladle per pancake if you are using a small skillet). Cook on one side for about a minute, then flip and cook for another thirty seconds.
Step 3
Fill the finished pancakes with washed and dried berries and drizzle with maple syrup.
