Ingredients
- Kefir - 13 fl oz
- Butter - 5.6 oz
- Sugar - 2 spoons
- Salt - ½ spoons
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 9.9 oz
- Baking Powder - 1½ spoons
- Scallions - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash and chop the green onions. You should have a lot of onions; I had a full frying pan. Lightly heat them with some oil to soften and wilt them. Season with salt and pepper, then add diced hard-boiled eggs (this is a matter of taste; I used 2 eggs).
Step 2
Prepare the dough. Melt the butter, then add the sugar and salt. Pour in the kefir and the beaten eggs (2). Mix the flour with the baking powder and add it to the liquid mixture, stirring until smooth.
Step 3
Grease the baking dish with butter, pour in a little more than half of the batter. Add the filling, then pour the remaining batter on top. Bake at 200°C for 35 minutes.
Step 4
Let it cool to a warm temperature, covering the pie with a towel.
